Spring is almost here!

Finally!

It has been a while since my last update. Winter blues set in when it got cold and I just lost my motivation for a while. I'm still alive and still planning on living in the van. Now that its warming up I'm starting to get off my ass and do things more often. I've got more free time this semester so I should be able to get it done before summertime if I play my cards right. I have all the materials I need, it is just a matter of getting it in there and doing a good job. I guess my biggest mental block is the fact that I'll have to do some actual planning. My organizational skills are... how should I put this, nonexistent.

Thanks for the kind messages.

Welcome back, glad your ok, cant wait to see what you do with the place. I thought your idea with the lights was brilliant. You make me want to live in my van lol. Well not right now as its still too cold here but yours looks like it will be cozy. Ive been rebuilding an old wood boat and got totally sidetracked by winter so time for me to get back on track as well. Maybe we should have a race to see who gets done first? I need something to motivate me :)

I've been reading and enjoying your blog for a while. Sonja at falia Photography sent me your way. I have a question;
I live in Charlotte and have a van that I need to have a few modifications done before it is van-dwellable. I like your attention to detail and wonder if you'd consider contracting to build a bed and maybe a few other things into a 1993 VW Eurovan. I can pay for the work but don't have tools or skills to do it myself.
If that's something you'd consider, please email me at midlandsmercantile@yahoocom. Thanks, Nick.
